DoughBed combines a warming mat, a glass dough bowl, and a cork lid to create an efficient warming solution that gently and evenly warms dough to 75-82°F (24-28°C) during the first "bulk" proof. The shallow, wide bowl makes mixing and dough handling a pleasure.

Glass bowl and polypropylene lid liner is dishwasher safe.
To clean silicone and cork surface, wipe with moist (not dripping) cloth.
Glass bowl is oven safe.
Avoid sudden temperature changes to glassware.
Glass bowl is not suitable for stove top use.
Avoid use of abrasive cleaning materials such as metal scrubber or powder cleanser.

Just received my DoughBed and used it for the first time. It is winter here and my home is cool. My sourdough however felt like Goldilocks in the perfect bed. It is beautiful and a terrific addition to my love of bread making. Thank you Erik and Jenny for also providing outstanding service when the package with my DoughBed didn’t arrive after transit. Hi, I predominantly use my dough bed to make pizzas and like that no only do I use it to prove the dough after mixing but as I freeze dough balls for ease of use it’s great at defrosting and second proving these before shaping and cooking especially as I live just outside London uk and my room temperature is around 15c.
The doughbed looks great and I love the size but there’s a lot of glass and when it coved in olive oil you have to be so careful cleaning the dish but as I said a great product, alongside my goldie, regards & good luck guys, Lee
This was a gift, and to be honest, not one I would have bought for myself, especially for the price. But now that it is living here, I am finding the consistency it brings to my sourdough process is a big help! I have a busy schedule, and being more accurately able to plan bulk fermentation makes baking life smoother!
