This is a game changer for me. I live on the beach and it’s always so much cooler in temperature that making bread is hit or miss. The dough bed has made a huge difference.

I used mine for the first time for my pizza dough and it worked wonderfully. Dough was perfect. Can't wait to start making sourdough. Such a great product and wonderful quality.

I had a few problems with an old order and was greatly impressed with the fast, efficient and helpful response I got from Sourhouse. I have a Goldie and it helps my daily baking routine greatly by firming up the timing my starter will be ready, regardless of the weather and house temperature, not to mention how well the starter rises in the Goldie. So, I'm baking more bread and have made it much more time efficient thanks to Goldie. In summary, great product, and great service.

The Doughbed sits smartly on my countertop. Its reliability with consistent heat helps timing of bulk fermentation. The shallow design makes working the dough during bulk fermentation easier (compared to a high sided bowl) . The ‘tattoo’ used for marking the side of the bowl could of gone down lower for single loaves or even be permanently marked in the glass but I only use these as an approximate guide as judging percentage rise in a shallow bowl is difficult (the only downside to the design) but to be truthful this has only encouraged me to learn to ‘read’ my dough to allow minor adjustments which has improved my final loaves

I am pleased that Doughbed has finally arrived. I’m not sure that you know it has travelled to Ireland. My kitchen is generally cold and I was using a basin with hot water bottles and towels to achieve my bulk rise. So Doughbed is most welcome. I feel in control now that I have both Goldie and Doughbed.And I really like the 2loaf size. The tips also are a great help as I am late to sourdough bread.

A great way to wrap bread and share with family and friends

I love the jars. They are much easier to use and keep clean. When one cracked at the seam they immediately responded and provided a new one. Great customer service!
