My wife loves her new quart jars! So much easier and clean than the mason jars she had been using with a paper towel to cap off. The silicon lids on these are really nice and so much better!

I've been housing my starter in canning jars for 2 years, and while it's "workable", upgeading to these straight-sided and wide-mouthed jars is a game changer! Just makes things easier and less messy. Sometimes it's the little things that make a difference. Thanks SourHouse!

I purchased the Big Bundle Goldie kit for my wife for Christmas. She's been a sourdough maker for about 3 yrs. She's already used it twice for her starter and she said it works great! Her starter went from bottom dot on the quart jar to the top dot in under 4 hrs. No more moving her starter around next to the wood burner or a floor vent in the winter to warm her starter up. Just plug it in and stuff it away on the counter top somewhere in the corner out of the way and let it do it's thing, no more worrying if it's too cold or too hot.
